Oh, myyyy! I have NOT been keeping up with this place. Or, well..anything. Busy semester. Blech. I'm either at school, working, or soaking up precious time with my friends now.

So, for starters...

I've had to go through and just delete every message. I don't have the time to read 120-something journals. I'm really sorry if this offends anyone, but really. I'm not gonna say, "I have a life now, gosh!" or anything. I just simply don't have the energy to read that many.

Also, I'm going to have to cut down on the number of people I'm watching. Obviously, certain people I'm fer sure keeping. But while I love the art of everyone I watch (otherwise I wouldn't be watching them!), I just can't keep up with it all.

Just thought I'd get that out there before anybody got all offended. I doubt the people I would drop from my watch actually read my journals anywayyyy, so I'm not particularly worried.

Now for recent news! WOOHOO!

End of the Spring Semester is coming up! Oh my goodness. I have...so much work to do. Sort of. Actually, it's really just one project I'm worrying about. Gotta work on my research paper. Annotated Bibliography is due WEDNESDAY, and I just picked my topic TODAY! AHHHH! Kill me now, please.

Work is fantastic. I don't get paid nearly enough, but I FREAKING LOVE WHAT I DO! Thank goodness. Burke Lake Park made me want to drive off a cliff. Every. Freaking. Day. And take the managers down with me. But I love the kids at Black Belt Academy, and I love getting to teach them, and I love getting to let out a very different (mildly diva-esque) part of me to entertain while I teach. mehehe..^_^

While on the topic of BBA, I am up to graduate to Gold Tip THIS SATURDAY! WHOOWHOO! I get break some boards! Finalllyyyyy! Oh my gosh. I can't wait. I WANT TO OBLITERATE THOSE PIECES OF WOOD INTO TINY SHRAPNELS OF SPLINTERING GOODNESS! BWAHHAHHA! ....okay...that might be overkill. But still. It will feel SOOO GOOOOOD! ^_^

I'm going to Animazement (Anime Convention in NC) next month. Gotta save up money and put together a cosplay. >.< I was originally gonna wait until Otakon..but my friend kind of bought the pass for me, so I can't really turn her down now. Oh well. It shall be mucho fun! ROAD TRIP! YEAH!

Nowwwwwww...I'm getting SOOO EXCITED! Why? Because I'm looking at the school I want to transfer into again and re-realizing how much I love the prospect of going there. Now, I just need to visit the campus to make my excitement complete. It's everything I could ask forrrrr! It's in a warm place (FLORIDA!), it's fairly affordable (as far as Art schools go--approx. $26,000 per semester including all the extra fees), it's considered one of the top animation schools in the nation, and I was looking at some of the portfolios people submitted that were accepted...and I totally think I can do this! WOOHOO! OH MY FLIPPING GOODNESSSS! I just have to work extra extra hard on my grades and SUPER EXTRA EXTRA HARD on my portfolio, and I CAN TOTALLY DO IT! YEAH! Like...I think I'll be crushed if I don't make it in. Like, it won't even be comprehensible. Even if I don't make it in for an animation major, they should accept me in as part of the school and maybe I can get into Illustration or something.

Haha..I don't think I even mentioned the school I'm looking at! Wow I'm amazing. It's the Ringling School of Art and Design. Not the circussssss. Promise. When the school was started, it was sponsored by one of the Ringling Bros. Cool, huh? Sooo..yeah. I can totally do thissss! AHHHHH!

In less exciting news, there is much work that needs to be done on my car. It passed Inspection, but not State Emissions. Stupid Check Engine light won't go away. And I think the brakes are giving out again. The car doesn't stop the way it should. I can't even count the number of times I've come close to bumping bumpers in traffic with people. And, really. I'd be cool with it if someone just tapped my bumper...but I swear there's just an enormous road rage epidemic in Northern Virginia. Hell, I saw one guy purposely rear-end somebody else because they weren't going through the green light the second it turned green. Completely ridiculoussss.

Anyway...umm...umm.....I think that's pretty much all I can think of right now. Or at least all that I'll bother you with. haha Just figured I needed to explain myself...or something lame like that. Peace out! Love ya all!
